Haley, a talented chef and bartender, and Scott, a skilled beer brewer, decided to join forces and bring their combined passion for food and drinks to life with The Foxy Chef. Their business is all about making food and drink education fun and accessible for everyone, with a focus on veganism, sustainability, and eco-friendly culinary experiences. Inspired daily by their furry friends, Haley and Scott infuse every class, dish, and drink with their love for life, laughter, and great food.

With eight years of vegan living under her belt, Haley Rae is dedicated to crafting delicious and nutritious plant-based dishes. She shares her life with her beloved rescue dogs and her partner John. When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find Haley Rae practicing yoga, making furniture, painting, or enjoying nature, all while savoring the simple pleasures of life.

Meet Scott Pittman, a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Certified in distillation and fermentation, Scott specializes in brewing exceptional beer and has a true passion for teaching others about the craft. As a highly regarded instructor and mentor in the brewing community, his classes are always informative and fun. When he's not sharing his beer knowledge, Scott enjoys spending time with his three rescue dogs and listening to music.

Meet Alexandria Grimm, a food and beverage expert with over 13 years of experience, mostly in fine dining. As a level two Sommelier, she's currently working towards her level three certification. Alley is also a passionate animal lover, having rescued three cats and a lively dog, and her love for both her craft and her furry friends shines through in everything she does. When she's not at work, Alley enjoys spending time at the river, thrift shopping, attending concerts, building projects in her home carpentry office, and making lasting memories with her husband, family, and friends.
